Obituary or Eulogy: Peter Sava, Jr. a Yonkers Police Officer since 2007, died suddenly on September 16, 2016. He was 35 years old. He is survived by his father Peter Sava Sr., his loving sister Nicole Sava, his niece Hope Cleveringa, nephew Aidan Cleveringa , aunts and uncles John, Paul, Nino Billy, Mary and Judy Sava. Peter is also survived by Mary DiMase, whom he considered his mother and Nick DiMase Jr., whom he considered his brother and all of his BELOVED BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN BLUE. Officer Sava was pre deceased by his grandparents Paul and Julia Sava and his best friends Rawle Wiltshire, Fran Nolan and his "Brother" Daniel DiMase. He was also pre deceased by Nick DiMase , who was just like a father to him. Arrangements entrusted to FLOWER FUNERAL HOME INC., 714 Yonkers Ave., with visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm.
