Dr. Joseph's Memories

Joe was the kind of father you could always count on in a pinch. More than once, a forgotten set of headlights left one of his children stranded with a dead battery and no way home. Without complaint, Joe would climb into his car and make the drive — sometimes nearly 90 minutes each way — just to show up with jumper cables and a helping hand. He did it not once, but several times, never making his child feel anything but grateful. Then one Christmas morning, the gift beneath the tree told the whole story: a brand new set of jumper cables. No bow needed. It was Joe in a nutshell — dependable, practical, and always one step ahead.
